Methinks Thou Doth Protest Too Much

First up, the mandatory disclaimer/nursery story about different people:

It's okay to be gay. It's okay to not be gay. It's okay to be bi or not. It's okay to love whoever you want to love. And you get to decide who you love, and what your label is, if you want one.

That said, the idea of someone with a wife and three kids and a huge conservative voting record who was a senatorial liaison for Romney's presidential bid and a no-contest Republican getting caught possibly soliciting gay sex in a bathroom sends me into hysterical giggles.

Seriously. If you're going to be finger pointing and saying that gays are bad/going to hell/unnatural and vote for social conservatism that makes Attila the Hun look liberal, don't do something that looks a lot like what you've just said we all shouldn't do or your God will strike us blind or something.

Maybe Senator Craig isn't gay, though. It could be a misunderstanding, and we should give him the benefit of the doubt.

However, that won't stop me from calling him a rotten jerk who attacks gay civil rights.

PS: This isn't the first time Craig has been caught with his straight-jacket off; he was implicated in the lewd-behavior-towards-Congressional-pages scandal too.
